At Runway Scout, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
